Faculty Development Program: Register for a Workshop or Event

Please note that as of August 15, 2013, the Faculty Development event registration will have merged with the online registration system of our partner office – Continuing Professional Development (CPD). You will be able to find Faculty Development events at this site (except PBL tutor training) and if you have created an account previously and attended a CPD event in the past, you will use this account to log in and register. Faculty Development events continue to be free of charge.  Advanced registration is much appreciated, and if you need to cancel, please do so at least 48 hours prior to your event.

STEP 1: Select the workshop(s) you would like to attend by clicking “Register“.  You will be directed to the CPD’s online registration system;
STEP 2: Click “Registration” and log in if you have an account, or create one. You will have to do this once.
STEP 3: You will then receive an automated response confirming your workshop registration. Online registration closes one week prior to events. If you encounter any difficulties or would like to register after the cutoff, please contact the Office of Faculty Development at fac.dev@ubc.ca or call 604-875-4396.
